The Aer Arann Islands Half Marathon on 11 April 2026 is based on the the spectacular Aran Island of Inis Mór, off the coast of Galway.

Run, walk or jog in the scenic surroundings and soak up the atmosphere, ceol and culture that the island has to offer.

This annual event raises vital funds for the Mater Hospital Foundation, with proceeds going to support vital new equipment that has the power to save lives.
