Sligo AC's 5 Mile Challenge is the fastest 5 mile road race on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The course takes runners from Strandhill to Sligo towns with tunning views across Sligo Bay of Oyster Island, Coney Island, and Benbulben.
The event is held in aid of Autism Friendly Sligo.

The course starts form from Sligo Rugby Club and finishes at Ballast Quay.
