The Connemara International Marathon (Connemarathon) in Co Galway on 19 April 2026 includes an ultra, full and half marathon distance.
The event is one of the world’s most scenic running events, set in the beautiful west of Ireland with unspoiled beauty and enduring terrain.
The three race distances start in different places and all finish in Maam Cross.

Ultra 63K / 39.3 Miles
The full marathon starts from Lough Inagh, the half marathon from Leenane. The Ultra start is Recess. All distances finish in Maam Cross.
