The Dingle Adventure Race (DAR) in County Kerry on 6 June 2026 is a multi discipline event involving running, biking and kayaking.

3 course lengths are on offer to cater from beginners to experienced adventure race athletes.

The DAR is part of the National Series in Ireland for Adventure Racing.

Distances/Events

DAR Mini: Total 21K
8K bike + 5K beach run + 6K bike + 1K run + 1K kayak + 1K run

DAR Sport: Total 43K
21K bike + 7.5K mountain run/hike + 11.5K bike + 1K kayak + 1.5K run

DAR Full: Total 72K
44K bike + 16K mountain run/hike + 9K bike + 1K run + 1K kayak + 1K run
