The Lough Cutra Castle Triathlon & Multisport Festival from 23 to 24 May 2026 is a weekend of triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon, swim and run races in South Galway.

Junior: 11-12 yrs: 300m + 4K + 1.8K
Junior: 13-14 yrs: 400m + 8K + 2.5K
Junior: 14 yrs+: 500m + 12.6K + 2.5K
Starter: 200m + 12K + 2.5K
Super Sprint: 400m + 20K + 4K
Sprint: 750m + 20K + 5K
Sprint Plus: 800m + 40K + 8K
Olympic: 1.5K + 40K + 10.5K
Gauntlet: 1.9K + 90K + 21K

Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
Sprint: 4.2K + 20K + 2.5K
Standard: 11K + 45K + 6K

Aquathlons (Swim + Run):
Standard: 1.5K + 10K
Sprint: 750m + 5K
